During onboarding, Kitaabh analyses your transaction volume from imported data and recommends the most suitable plan. You can review and adjust this based on your expected growth.

Is there a free trial available?

Yes, all paid plans include a 14-day free trial with full features. Additionally, we offer a free Micro plan for new businesses with up to 1,000 transactions.

What happens if I exceed my transaction limit?

Kitaabh will notify you when you're approaching your plan's transaction limit. You can either upgrade to a higher plan or purchase additional transaction packs without interruption.

How does the early access pricing offer work?

With annual billing, you can lock in launch pricing for 3 years, including the base plan price and add-on prices (extra users, organisations). This does not include transaction packs.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and bank transfers for annual plans.

Is my financial data secure with Kitaabh?

Yes, Kitaabh uses bank-grade security with data encryption, secure cloud storage, and role-based access controls.
